Original Equipment Warranty

Original Equipment is warranted against manufacturer's defects for specified periods of time for each different piece of equipment, provided the original receipt and registration are provided by the original owner.

Promotional Items

Free items or promotional items are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Clothing & Soft Goods

If you receive an article of our produced clothing or hats that has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Worn or washed items are not eligible for warranty claims.

Rods

All fly rods are warranted for 10 years against manufacturing defects.

Broken Rods

If you believe our rods have broken due to a flaw or defect, we will review your case with you via email. Broken rods will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis via email. Rod sections vary in replacement cost due to the various forms of carbon fiber used in the construction of segments. If it is determined that the breakage was caused by our production process, we will replace the section or rod at no cost.
